Father, co-founder, and the backbone of everything LadsCare stands for. Patrick spent years in disability and youth services before starting LadsCare — but his background goes further than that. A father of five, a tradesman, and someone who has always had family members with disability close to his heart, Patrick started LadsCare because he saw a gap and knew he could fill it differently. He goes beyond the role, thinks about everyone else before himself, and brings a level of care that's hard to find. Cert III in Individual Support, First Aid, CPR, Blue Card, Police Checked.
Co-Founder
Son, co-founder, and the energy behind LadsCare's day-to-day. Taine came from eight years in the trades as an electrician — but it was always the people that drove him, especially the young apprentices he mentored along the way. When his dad suggested LadsCare, he jumped in without overthinking it. Turns out it reminded him exactly of that feeling. Now he brings that same energy to every participant — he takes the time to build real trust before anything else, so every participant feels genuinely comfortable. Cert III in Individual Support, First Aid, CPR, Blue Card, Police Checked.
